Return & Refund Policy – Forbidden Bite

At Forbidden Bite, all our products are freshly baked and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our items, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns or Refunds (Change of Mind)

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preference

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


2. Freshly Baked & Made-to-Order Items

Our products are baked fresh upon order confirmation. As such:

  • Orders cannot be returned once prepared

  • Refunds are not provided for perishable food items

This policy is in line with food safety and hygiene standards.


3. Courier & Delivery-Related Issues

If you select Singapore Post or any third-party courier:

  • Delivery is handled by an external service provider

  • While we package all items securely with protective materials, minor breakage may occur during transit

  • Forbidden Bite is not responsible for damage caused during delivery by third-party couriers

For fragile items, we strongly recommend choosing our in-house or private courier option where available.


4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or

  • An item is missing from your order

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the items received

Valid cases will be reviewed, and a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.


5. Damaged Items (Non-Courier Related)

If an item is significantly damaged due to a packaging or preparation error on our part (excluding courier handling):

  • Please notify us within 24 hours

  • Provide clear photos for assessment

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.


6. No Refunds for Late Deliveries

Forbidden Bite is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Third-party couriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

No refunds will be issued for late deliveries beyond our control.


7. Allergies & Dietary Considerations

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While we take care, cross-contamination may occur.

Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.
