Our Story Forbidden Bite was founded by Zara, a passionate self-taught baker who has always believed that good food brings people together. Baking started as a way to care for family and friends, but quickly became something much bigger. Every recipe was tested, refined and perfected with one goal: creating desserts that people would remember long after the last bite. Life took an unexpected turn when Zara was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Instead of giving up, she poured even more of herself into baking. The kitchen became a place of purpose, healing and resilience. Every batch represented hope, determination and the simple belief that even during life's hardest moments, we can still create joy for others.
