HOW TO ORDER – FAQ
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select your desired items, choose your delivery or self-collection option, and checkout directly on our website.
2. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 days in advance, especially for large orders, cookie pies, or peak periods (festive seasons, weekends).
3. Do you accept same-day or urgent orders?
Same-day orders are subject to availability. Please contact us via WhatsApp before ordering to check availability.
4. What delivery options are available?

5. What happens if I choose Singapore Post?
Singapore Post is handled by a third-party courier. While we package all orders carefully with protective bubble wrapping, minor breakage may occur during transit. By selecting this option, customers acknowledge that Forbidden Bite is not responsible for courier-related damages.
6. Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
Yes. You may indicate your preferred delivery date at checkout or in the order notes. While we do our best to accommodate requests, delivery dates are subject to courier schedules.
7. Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order and are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We accept bulk, event, and corporate orders. Please contact us directly for customised pricing and lead times.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods available on our Shopify checkout, including cards and local payment options.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of freshly baked goods, all orders are non-refundable once confirmed, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

No. We do not use alcohol, lard, or any non-Halal ingredients in our products.
4. Are your products freshly baked?
Yes! All our products are freshly baked in small batches to ensure quality, taste, and freshness.
5. How should I store your cookies and desserts?

8. Do the products look exactly like the photos?
Our product photos represent the style and size of our bakes. As each item is handcrafted, slight variations are natural and expected.
